Post 8: English Language Challenges

      Hi everyone! this semester I managed to learn and improve in many things in relation to this subject. In my case it has been many years since I had English classes, I remember the last time was during 2017 when I was in high school and they were not very good, however, because I liked to watch many series and read books I started on my own to learn english to enjoy these things, it was thanks to this that I was able to learn in a better way and be able to develop myself better in the language. Now this year, I had to take this subject and I realized that I still have a lot more to learn, especially pronunciation. Also, thanks to the blogs I was able to expand my vocabulary and learn a lot of new words.  Outside the english class, lately I have found myself reading a lot more in English because a lot of the books I want to read are not available in Spanish but are available in english, as well as scientific articles that I need to read for university assignments.  In order to cont

Post 7: Changes to my study programme

     Hi everyone! In this blog I'm going to talk about what I would like to change in my study programme.  Since I entered the university in 2020, I have only had online classes, and only this semester I was able to get to know the infrastructure of the university for the first time. Because of this, I could not specify what things should be changed in relation to this, but in another aspect, what I would like to change in the current career that i'm studying (wich is Agronomics) is that in the case that if one doesn't pass a subject during the corresponding semester, there is the possibility that it can be repeated during the first or second semester of the year, because in my case during my first year I could not take a subject and then this year, when I wanted to take it, I couldn't because it was only given in the second semester of the year, so now because of this, I am behind with other subjects this year, meaning that in the future, there is a possibility that th

Post 6: Time travel in the future

    Hi everyone! In this blog I'm going to be talking about time travel in the future, personally I don't know if I would like to travel to the future because I really don't think it would be very nice with all the problems that are happening nowadays. However, in the case that I had to go as an obligation I would like to travel between the years 2030 and 2035 because at that age I will probably be out of college and I would like to see what I am doing with my life and also how is the situation in general with the planet, so maybe I can change something or look for solutions once I come back to the present.  However, I would not like to stay in the future scenario because now, in the present I am with all my loved ones and my pet, who that probably for those years will not be there and that is a situation that if I can avoid living, I would do it. Post 5: My future job

            When I was in last year of school   I was still not sure about what to study, the only thing I knew was that I liked things related to plastic arts and nature. Because of this, I decided to take some time to choose the right career, as I didn't want to make a quick decision. Doing my research  on what career I could choose , I found many options that caught my attention, but none that totally convinced me. One of the things I wanted the career to have was that it would allow me to work outdoors, since the idea of being indoor most of the time was not what I wanted for the future. Among careers that allowed me to do this, I found the career of Agriculture . As I researched more about it, I found more things that caught my attention, so I finally decided on this one. So far I have liked the career and the things I have learned in it, but I still haven't decided on which major I want to take. Post 4: A important moment of your childhood

During September 18, 2010, when I was 10 years old, me and my family went to a place in Curacaví to celebrate the national holidays which was full of people and entertainment stands. I remember that when we arrived to the place, with my brother decided to go in search of games, when we started to walk around the place we arrived to a game stand which was offering rabbits as a prize, when we saw this we were very surprised with this situation and the poor conditions of the rabbits. In that moment we decided at least to rescue one and help it heal. When we met our parents again, they did not expect to see us arrive with a rabbit, however when we asked them if we could keep the rabbit, they did not hesitate for a moment and let us keep it. When we told them about the circumstances in which we saw the rabbits, my parents decided to go to rescue the rest of the rabbits, but when they arrived, the owners of the stand had already taken them all away unfortunately.  Since that day our rabbit,

Post 3: Hobbies

                 Hi everyone! In my case I don't have a particular hobby, before the pandemic I used to get together with my friends to play tennis or walk our pets, but now with the pandemic we stopped doing these things and . However, during the pandemic I found an activity that I really liked, I started to be very interested in how to make ceramic figures, so I started to learn on my own how to make them, during the summer I could learn a lot of things about this subject since I had more time available, but once the classes started I had no more time to continue with this, since to be able to make the figures that are very delicate, requires a lot of time and care. I still have a lot to learn, so I hope that during this summer I can continue with this activity and practice more. For now that I'm studying and I don't have so much time available, I try to spend it watching series or movies that don't require so much time.

Post 2: The best concert I've been to

                                                                     The best concert I have ever been to was one of the group called "Blur" in the Movistar Arena, when I was 15 years old.  I knew them thanks to my brother who showed me to see if I like them, which as a result, it became my favorite band.  Years later, when I found out that they were coming to Chile, with a friend from school decided to participate in a contest to win tickets. Thankfully, the day before the concert we found out that we had won the first place, which consisted of two tickets in the section closest to the stage. The experience of the concert it was great, we enjoyed every song they played that night , and the energy of the band during the show was complemented by the enthusiasm of the crowd. I think that finally, the situation that led us to be at that moment, together with my friend and surrounded by people who were enjoying the same thing as me, made it one of the most beautiful memories I h
